September 9th & 23rd, October 7th & 21st, November 4th & 18th, and December 2nd.
Guided by Tami Lynn Kent’s book, Wild Feminine - Finding Power, Spirit & Joy in the Female Body, we will discover the amazing power of the female body to create, heal and transform. Through a series of stories, visualizations, and exercises; women can tap into their core feminine energy to restore creative flow and overall health.
The book explores an entirely new approach to women’s health that offers relief for pelvic pain, menopausal symptoms, postpartum healing, decreased libido, trauma recovery and more. Each of the 7 sessions has its own theme:
Beginning Your Journey We explore the landscape of the female pelvis physically, energetically and spiritually.
Exploring Your Feminine Ground We explore how to establish new body patterns by working with the body over time to create the life that you want and open a path to healing.
Embodying Your Womanhood We explore how we can restore our sacred center and learn to honor the female body.
Expressing Your Wild Feminine We explore how we can tend to our creative fire as a woman.
Returning to the Mother Place We explore how we can take care of ourselves by honoring the ebb and flow of our cycles and give life to our heartfelt creations.
Transforming your Inheritance We explore how we can recognize and accept or transform emotional patterns, boundaries, unspoken agreements and other patterns handed down through lineage.
Discover Your Full Feminine Range We pull together the points of our sacred identity and explore how to identify and manifest our desires.
